Job summary

Neg Earth Lights in London is seeking a Project Manager to drive the concept-to-delivery of live events and touring productions. You will own project information, coordinate with production, freight forwarders, procurement, and crew to deliver high-quality, prepped equipment on time.

You will build strong client relationships, quote projects with accurate resource costs, and work across departments to deliver a total package.

Qualifications

• Experience working in live events or touring environments is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and drive multiple projects.
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership attitude are needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact for projects, updating stakeholders with changes.
• Manage time across multiple projects and timelines, coordinating across teams.
• Collaborate with production, freight forwarders and procurement to prepare shipping paperwork.
• Enter and maintain resource requirements in the stock system.
• Support operations to ensure prepped equipment is delivered and loaded.
• Cost and quote projects, considering crew, equipment and transport.
