Job summary

You will lead on-site technical teams, coordinate with vendors and venues, and manage budgets to ensure a seamless, compliant event close.

Qualifications

• Strong background in corporate events and live production.
• Experience with audio, video, lighting, staging, or integrated AV.
• Proven ability to manage complex live events end-to-end.
• Confident in leading teams and communicating with senior clients.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure live environments.
• Experience with budget management and operational logistics.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by events.

We’re working with a leading live events and production specialist looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver large-scale corporate and broadcast events across London and beyond.

This is a senior, client-facing role responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of live events — from concept and design through to on-site execution and post-event close.

The role

Own and manage technical event delivery across multiple complex live events

Translate client requirements into clear technical, production, and labour plans

Lead on-site technical teams, vendors, and venue partners during load-in, show, and load-out

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a world-class standard

Act as the main client contact on-site, managing expectations and last-minute changes

Oversee H&S compliance (RAMS), technical standards, and operational best practice

Manage budgets, cost control, and post-event reconciliation

What we’re looking for
