Qualifications

• Client-focused with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Technical design and planning experience across lighting, audio, video, rigging, staging, and power.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into practical technical plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead technical contact for clients, venues and stakeholders across project stages.
• Translate briefs into detailed technical solutions and produce drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site visits, assess venue constraints, and advise on viable solutions.
• Source and brief equipment suppliers and freelance technicians, ensuring clear roles.
• Lead on-site technical teams during install, live, and de-rig phases with safety focus.
• Ensure RAMS, CDM compliance, and coordinate safety with venues and contractors.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production and Logistics teams to align technical delivery.
