Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and delivery of live events and tours.
• Act as central point of contact for stakeholders and keep all parties updated.
• Collaborate with production, freight forwarders and procurement to prepare shipping paperwork.
• Maintain accurate project information and timelines across multiple projects.
• Liaise with operations to ensure equipment is ready, prepped and loaded for events.
