Job summary

Eclipse is seeking a Production Manager to oversee client relationships, pre-production and on-site delivery for events in London. The role requires coordinating with our venue partners and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and profitable project delivery.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in a similar role, and possess strong knowledge of audio/visual/lighting and LED, with experience in budgeting, CAD tools, and health and safety documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• In-depth technical production knowledge in Audio, Video, Lighting and LED.
• Confident decision making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organisational and managerial skills.
• Experience with Rental Management Systems.
• Basic Vectorworks / CAD knowledge.
• Understanding of technical schematics and scenic production workflow.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Commercial acumen and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships and conduct client visits as needed.
• Discuss event requirements directly with clients.
• Produce accurate quotations and proposal documents.
• Manage pre-production including drawings, design and scenic specs.
• Coordinate with technical staff to meet client specifications.
• Oversee delivery process and budget control.
• Prepare administration docs including Health & Safety and floorplans.
• Provide documentation for invoicing to Accounts.
• Collaborate with Director of Production to improve client workflows.
• Communicate progress of targets with Sales & Marketing.
• Work with Sales to identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service excellence.
