Job summary

TeamPeople seeks an experienced Live Event Production Engineer to own the London main stage, overseeing video, audio, lighting, networking, broadcast and communications systems for high-profile events. You will collaborate with technicians and vendors, delivering hands-on AV expertise for multi-camera broadcasts and stakeholder management.

The role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and work across internal and client spaces in London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical production on large-scale events.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes without compromising quality.
• Experience coordinating vendors and crews across full event lifecycles.
• Familiarity with AI in live events is a plus.
• Comfort with Mac OS, Windows, and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical production for high-profile events.
• Lead pre-production, production, and post-event wrap.
• Hire and manage AV vendors and crews.
• Coordinate schedules, cue sheets, and run-of-show.
• Maintain equipment and troubleshoot on site.
