Job summary

DCLX Ltd, a London-based lighting and technical production company, seeks an experienced Project Manager for live events and production. You will steer projects from initial enquiry through pre-production, on-site delivery and final reconciliation, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, client liaison, coordinating equipment and crew, and ensuring health & safety compliance across national and international events.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical production or project management for live events.
• Strong knowledge of lighting and rigging.
• Ability to manage budgets, suppliers and on-site delivery.
• Ability to prepare RAMS and health & safety documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from enquiry to on-site delivery and reconciliation.
• Develop proposals, quotations and commercial responses.
• Provide technical guidance on equipment, logistics and staffing.
• Manage budgets, procurement and variations while monitoring profitability.
• Coordinate with venues, suppliers and internal teams for delivery.
