THE·TEAM is a dynamic live events agency delivering branding and experiential programs across multiple locations. This role supports the management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects for clients, with opportunities in both Orpington and Hook offices.

Responsibilities span serving as the main client contact, leading timelines and budgets, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring flawless on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in design, production, and installation of large temporary event structures.
• Ability to manage client relationships in live events settings.
• Strong, organised, and calm under pressure with solutions orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact for active programs.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and operations teams.
• Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
• Manage onsite execution and post-event wrap.
• Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
