Job summary

THE·TEAM, based in Hook, England, is seeking an Executive in Operations to join LIVE·TEAM's Operations Team. The role covers planning, coordination and delivery of high-profile events, supporting client accounts and managing installation logistics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adhering to health and safety standards.

You'll provide admin support across the project lifecycle, maintain documentation, coordinate supplier bookings, manage budgets, and work with internal teams to keep

• Experience in a similar admin-based role.
• Experience in event management and on-site delivery.
• Strong verbal and written communication across formats.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Capable of multi-tasking and meeting tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of events ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and cost information.
• Coordinate with Client Services and Operations Manager to develop delivery plans.
• Prepare and manage project budgets; obtain supplier quotations.
• Raise and manage purchase orders; process subcontractor invoices.
• Coordinate supplier bookings: vehicle hire, equipment, haulage, crewing, hotels.
• Build relationships with suppliers and communicate expectations.
• Coordinate crew bookings and travel for on-site delivery.
• Liaise with Warehouse Team for equipment and stock; order consumables.
• Provide on-site support and ensure safety procedures.
• Escalate risks and changes; contribute to post-project reviews.
• Occasional weekend operational communications cover.
