Job summary

THE·TEAM, based in Hook, is seeking an Executive, Operations to join LIVE·TEAM and support the Operations Team across planning, coordination and on-site delivery of high-profile events, ensuring projects run on time, within budget and to health and safety standards.

You will manage day-to-day project documentation, budgets, supplier bookings, crewing and logistics, liaise with Client Services and other teams, and help deliver right-first-time events, including weekend and occasional on-site

Qualifications

• Experience in an admin role, supporting multiple projects and teams.
• Exposure to event management or live delivery environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across formats.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations in planning, coordination and delivery of events and projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules and costs.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Operations Manager on requirements and plans.
• Help develop and manage project budgets, gather supplier quotes and charge-out costs.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and reconcile subcontractor invoices.
