Job summary

The THE·TEAM in the UK is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead the delivery of signage and branding projects from start to finish. You will manage client relationships, budgets, feasibility reviews, and on-site teams to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

Working with cross-functional LIVE·TEAM studios, production and logistics, you will drive strategic accounts, nurture revenue opportunities and maintain strict health and safety standards on every project.

Qualifications

• Strong project management across operational planning and delivery.

• Strong relationship management and diplomacy; negotiating with and influencing decision making.
• Ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, ensuring project systems are setup and structured correctly.
• Ability to think on your feet, evaluate risks and resolve issues with problem solving.
• Financial leadership on projects and client accounts, managing budgets and cost control.
• Promoting collaboration across the business; experience with cross-location teams.

Responsibilities

• Central senior day to day contact for our clients and overall management of project delivery.
• Creation of project and signage programs, budgets and project documentation, developing strategies based on deadlines.
• Detailed advance planning and management of complex logistical requirements.
• Communicate with LIVE·TEAM Studio, Production and Logistics Teams to schedule capacity and on-site resources.
• Manage program deadlines with clients and ensure expectations are met.
• Develop and manage client objectives, priorities and expectations.
• Provide line management and direction to other team members and champion knowledge sharing.
• Ensure health and safety processes are adhered to across projects and documentation is kept up to date.
• Monitor contracts and ensure KPIs are met, while maintaining service quality.
• Build strong relationships and identify new revenue opportunities; support contract renewals.
• Oversee budgeting with senior leadership to maximize margins and timely payments.
• Drive sustainability through use of greener products and processes.
