YTL UK is building a premier live entertainment portfolio, including Aviva Arena, and seeks a Marketing & Communications Director to turn curiosity into crowds and audiences into advocates. You will shape customer experiences and brand storytelling across a growing estate.

You will lead a growing team, manage budgets and governance, and partner with Programming, Partnerships, Ticketing and Finance to drive demand and long-term growth from pre-opening onward.

Formación

• Proven ability to turn marketing plans into commercial results.
• Experience leading marketing, communications, brand, digital or audience functions within live entertainment, hospitality or venues.
• Strong commercial instincts and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Create the marketing, communications and audience strategy that brings YTL Live to life and keeps people coming back for more.
• Turn great events into must-attend moments through clever, creative and commercially focused campaigns.
• Lead brand, PR, digital marketing, customer engagement and audience development.
