Job summary

Harrison Leisure is seeking an energetic Entertainment Manager to bring the Wild Rose Holiday Park to life with year-round events, activity coordination, hosting, and hospitality tasks. You will work with Food & Beverage, Head Office, and leadership to manage the social calendar, plan experiences for guests, and uphold high park standards.

The role requires hands-on hosting, bar duties, and collaboration across teams, including social media content creation and reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in holiday park entertainment, events coordination, hospitality, or leisure venues.
• Strong bar operational experience with the ability to work under pressure.
• Confident public speaker with experience hosting and using a microphone for large groups.
• Proficiency with leisure or F+B management software.
• Strong administrative skills with Head Office liaison.

Responsibilities

• Host live events, including bingo, quizzes, live entertainment, festivals, food events, children's activities, and seasonal celebrations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual park events calendar.
• Manage all event bookings, ticketing, and guest enquiries.
• Work hands-on behind the bar during busy shifts and key park events.
• Collaborate with Head Office to align initiatives with company standards and goals.
• Utilise internal platforms to manage schedules, stock, bookings, and reporting.
• Support social media promotion and content creation for events.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Maintain a high-energy presence around the park to engage with guests.
• Upsell onsite leisure activities and seek revenue opportunities.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with H&S guidelines.
