• Proven experience in restaurant management or similar hospitality role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
• Supervise and train hospitality staff, ensuring adherence to culinary standards and health regulations.
• Oversee inventory and stock levels, including ordering supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organisation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Monitor budgeting, cost control and profitability analysis.
