NEP UK in Bracknell is seeking an Equipment & Resource Coordinator to support the operations team, plan and book equipment for external and internal events, and ensure crews have the necessary tools to deliver top-tier broadcasts.

The role requires solid knowledge of engineering equipment, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A full UK driving license is essential, with a hybrid office/field work pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating equipment and resources for live events.
• Ability to liaise across departments and NEP network.
• Understanding of engineering language and equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Equipment & Resources Manager with planning and booking for NEP equipment.
• Use barcode software and Excel to gather equipment data and issue invoices.
• Allocate equipment and provide load sheets to crews for loading and staging.
