Kew Law in Wickford is seeking a 4-year PQE Solicitor to join our growing Litigation team. You will work closely with the Head of Litigation, Jennifer Hardy, gaining hands-on experience across a varied and high-quality caseload.

This role offers mentorship, early responsibility, and exposure to a wide range of disputes, with progression opportunities as the department expands.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ PQE in litigation.
• Solid grounding in civil procedure and dispute resolution.

Job Description

The Role

You will work closely with and directly support Jennifer Hardy, Head of Litigation and Partner, gaining hands-on experience across a varied and high-quality caseload.

This role is ideally suited to someone keen to accelerate their development, with direct exposure to complex matters and close partner-level supervision.

The caseload is expected to include:

• Property litigation
• Contractual and commercial disputes
• Debt recovery matters
• Landlord and tenant disputes
• Boundary and neighbour disputes
• Professional negligence claims
• Partnership and shareholder disputes
• Alternative dispute resolution and mediatio

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to run files from instruction through to conclusion whilst also supporting more complex matters where required.

Key Requirements
