Job summary

Lanes Group plc in Bradford, United Kingdom is hiring for a field operative role. The successful candidate will support cutting unit operations and maintenance, work with repair teams, and assist with traffic management.

Training will be provided for the cutting unit, traffic management, and confined spaces entry. The position requires flexibility for overtime, occasional weekends, and travel across contracts within the region.

Responsibilities

• Assist and learn how to operate and maintain the cutting unit.
• Work with patching and lining teams to support various repair methods and rotate between teams.
• Set up traffic management as required (training provided).
• Undertake confined spaces entry with training provided.
• Assist with risk assessments and updating work packs.

Job description

• Working on the back of cutting unit assisting and learning how to use and maintain the cutting unit
• Working with patching and lining teams to pick up various repair methods so they can move around the teams and eventually runs a van across all contracts (Training will be provided)
• Setting up traffic management (Training will be provided)
• Confined spaces entry (Training will be provided)
• Risk assessments and updating work packs
