Aufgaben

• Be responsible for cleaning and maintaining exterior hotel areas including guest entrances and loading bays.
• Oversee daily linen and terry delivery and collection.
• Stock linen and housekeeping supplies on guest floors and stores.
• Ensure guest floors are clean and well maintained at all times.
• Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and report breaches.
• Handle cleaning materials safely and comply with COSHH.
• Attend required training sessions.
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while solving challenges.
• Provide high levels of customer care and friendly service to guests.
• Assist in cleaning other hotel areas as required.
