Job summary

Nestlé's Dalston Factory in Cumbria is seeking two Line Operators to support production on our highly automated PLC-controlled lines. The roles are offered as Fixed Term contracts for 12 months, reporting to the Shift Manager in a bagging area with full training provided to operate safely.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing/production experience, preferably in FMCG, and shows strong teamwork, safety discipline and a commitment to continuous improvement using TPM principles.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you will have experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• FMCG experience would be advantageous but not essential.
• Previous Line Operator experience or similar is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in line with Nestlé safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to key standards for optimal line performance.
• Utilise TPM 5 golden rules to improve line efficiency.
• Continuously update own technical and operational skills.
