Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and coach our warehouse team, plan shifts, allocate tasks, and ensure daily operations meet productivity and quality targets.

You will liaison with internal departments and external providers, handle customer escalations, and conduct regular safety checks, incident investigations, and system tests for fire alarms.

• Proven ability in organizational multitasking, problem-solving, and exercising sound judgment under moderate supervision.
• Demonstrated competency and training in using warehouse management systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
