Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead teams across rotating AM and PM shifts at our Corby site. You will drive safety culture, supervise throughput, and ensure KPI targets are met.

As a people-focused leader, you will manage attendance, performance, and training while supporting continuous improvements and swift issue resolution to maintain smooth operations and high service levels.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a warehouse.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
