Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to take overall responsibility for the warehouse function and report to the shift manager. You will lead cost control, KPI reporting, and operational statistics within budget while ensuring effective communication with customers and internal colleagues.

You will handle workforce planning, recruitment, learning and development, and colleague communications, while promoting a positive Health and Safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Warehouse Management role.
• IOSH Managing Safely is desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with DLX/SAP experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
