Staffline is recruiting Line Leaders in Wrexham to oversee a production line that creates and packs millions of chilled meals weekly for major UK supermarkets. You will supervise staff, ensure GMP and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role is full-time with 4 on 4 off shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) and includes site benefits. Average pay rates are £14.15 per hour on days and £15.22 per hour on nights, with overtime paid at higher rates.

Staffline is recruiting for Line Leaders in

Wrexham.

The rate of pay is:

• Days £14.15 per hour
• Nights £15.22 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:

• Days £21.23 per hour
• Nights £22.83 per hour

This is a full-time role, and the hours of work are:

• 4 on 4 off, 6am to 6pm
• 4 on 4 off 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Line Leader your responsibility is to care for the staff in your team, to care for the product their team is making. Your main duties include:

• Operator training - competent team members in each role, GMP
• Company-minded - always looking for ways to improve
• Quality-minded - continuous monitoring of the team's production
• Effective administration of paperwork - process sheets, start-up sheets, etc
• Awareness of performance in relation to daily plan (time & quantity)
• Teamwork & flexibility - within department / shift and wider company.

Communication

• with team members (direction, discipline, encouragement)
• with supervisors, managers (resources, information, problems)
• with peers (batch controllers, line techs, other line leaders)
• with other functions (QA, Packing, hygiene, personnel)
