Staffline is recruiting Line Leaders in Wrexham to oversee a production line that creates and packs millions of chilled meals weekly for major UK supermarkets. You will supervise staff, ensure GMP and quality standards are met, and drive continuous improvement on the line.

The role is full-time with 4 on 4 off shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am) and includes site benefits. Average pay rates are £14.15 per hour on days and £15.22 per hour on nights, with overtime paid at higher rates.

Qualifications

• Leadership in a manufacturing team.
• Commitment to GMP and quality control.
• Ability to train staff and manage production paperwork.
• Ability to monitor daily performance against plan.

Responsibilities

• Operator training - train team members in each role and GMP.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality and production across the team.
• Manage process sheets and start-up sheets with accuracy.
• Track performance against daily time and quantity targets.
• Promote teamwork and flexibility within and across shifts.
