Logistics People are looking for Line Leader to join our team.

Location: Dudley, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

• Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Rotating Shifts Available

As a Line Leader for Logistics People, your role will include:

• Operate packing machinery and production lines.
• Manage production lines and labor to meet planned volume and commercial targets, in accordance with QA and safety standards.
• Motivate a team to meet production targets.
• Ensure final products meet client specifications (SPI).
• Maximize production efficiency to meet daily and hourly plans.
• Adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations.
• Complete all required paperwork and systems accurately and in accordance with procedures.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by the Shift Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience working on a production line or in a similar role.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
