Logistics People are looking for Line Leaders to join our team.

Location: Markham Vale 1, Integrated Packing Services (IPS)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 Rotating Shifts Available

As a Line Leader for Logistics People, your role will include but not be limited to:

1. Operate packing machinery and production lines.
2. Manage production lines and labour to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards.
3. Motivate a team to meet production targets.
4. Ensure the final product meets client specifications (SPI).
5. Maximise production efficiency to meet plans on an hourly/daily basis.
6. Adhere to and promote best practices in health, safety, and quality regulations.
7. Complete all paperwork and systems accurately following company procedures.
8. Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Shift Manager.
9. Experience working on a production line or in a similar role.
10. Organizational and leadership skills.
11. Problem-solving abilities.
12. Previous experience as a Production Line Leader in a food or FMCG environment is desirable but not essential.
