  • Shifts available: up to 30 hours per week
  • Location: Trafford Centre
  • This permanent role requires availability for shift patterns including late evenings and weekends.

Line Chef responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food orders according to Archie’s specifications and timings
  • Undertaking food prep as instructed by the Kitchen Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor
  • Being organized and familiar with the menu after training
  • Maintaining accurate records in line with due diligence requirements
  • Following menu and portion size guidelines
  • Adhering to cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
  • Following health and food safety procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness with a 'clean as you go' approach
