• Previous cooking experience or willingness to learn via our Chef Academy.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Basic Food Safety certification or willingness to complete training.
• Passion for great food and memorable guest experiences.
• Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork and learning.

Responsibilities

• Cook and present dishes to recipe standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Support the creation of daily specials to showcase your skills.
• Keep prep areas stocked, clean and ready throughout service.
• Follow food safety standards and help minimise waste.
• Work with the team and Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.
