Join our kitchen team to showcase your creativity, grow your skills and help deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests. This role may be called Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, Prep Cook or Line Cook, and reports to the Kitchen Manager.

We offer a funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification through our Chef Academy, with career development across a group of UK hotels and attractive staff benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Previous cooking experience or willingness to learn via Chef Academy.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Basic Food Safety certification or willingness to complete training.
• Passion for great food and creating guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and eagerness to learn.

• Work with your team and Kitchen Manager to deliver excellent guest experiences.

What we’re looking for

• Previous cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, pub or similar) or a willingness to learn by joining our Chef Academy and completing a funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Basic Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete training).
• A passion for great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, commitment to teamwork and desire to learn.
