The role supports a pathway via our Chef Academy with fully funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification, offering career development and a range of staff benefits. This position is based at our property and includes a commitment to quality dining.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience in hospitality or a willingness to join our Chef Academy.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Basic Food Safety certification or willingness to complete training.

This role reports to the Kitchen Manager.

What you'll do:

What we’re looking for

• Previous cooking experience (restaurant, hotel, pub or similar) or a willingness to learn by joining our Chef Academy and completing a funded Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Basic Food Safety certification (or willingness to complete training).
• A passion for great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, commitment to teamwork and desire to learn.
