Job summary

Golf Fang Sheffield is seeking a motivated Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. You will prepare and serve high-quality food orders in a fast-paced environment, following recipe specifications and always upholding health, safety and allergen standards.

You'll work closely with venue colleagues to ensure a seamless guest journey, receive full training on brand values and service standards, and enjoy benefits including staff discounts and holiday entitlements.

Qualifications

• Food Service Level 1 is required.
• Allergen awareness is essential.
• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.
• Customer service skills are important.
• Cash handling skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food orders to high quality standards.
• Maintain health and safety standards and be aware of allergens.
• Communicate effectively with venue colleagues to ensure guest journey is smooth.

About the role

Working in a busy, fast pacedenvironment, as line cook it is your role to prepare and serve food orders of highquality products efficiently to a consistent, in line with all recipespecifications, to ensure guests in Golf Fang get a fantastic experience,whilst maintaining health and safety standards, being aware of allergens and complyingwith all legal and statutory requirements. Working and effectively communicatingwith venue colleagues to ensure the guest journey is delivered to our brandstandards.

Job Requirements include:

• Performing duties which require bending &reaching
• Lifting & transporting up to 20kg containers,dish racks, and rubbish bins
• Standing or moving, for up to 8+ hours
• Maintaining a hygienic and well-groomed appearance,following all uniform guidelines
