Job summary

Golf Fang, part of the Big Fang Collective, is hiring a Floor Server to ensure guests have the best possible experience during their visit. You will serve drinks on the course, keeping guests comfortable and entertained as they navigate the venue’s immersive spaces.

Full training on brand values and service standards will be provided. Prior customer-facing experience and knowledge of bar products are a plus, with opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Clear communication skills essential.
• Strong time management and organisation.
• Familiarity with booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have the best experience from arrival to departure.
• Serve drinks on the course so guests can move around without returning to the bar.
• Maintain high levels of service, pace, and guest comfort throughout visits.

About the role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, it is your role to ensure
that our guests have the best experience! Making sure that they are comfortable
and happy throughout their visit, serving drinks on the course so they can
enjoy making their way around without going to the bar!

Essential

• Customer service experience
• Effective communicator
• Effective time management and organisation skills
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and
  mobile devices for drinks orders

Desired

• Previous experience in hosting or serving
• Basic knowledge of bar products
• Cash and payment card handling experience

Full training on brand values, products and service
standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
