Ashridge House in Hertfordshire is seeking a talented line chef to join our Food Production team. You will work in a high-volume kitchen providing high-quality dishes across banqueting, restaurant, and cafe services, while upholding our commitment to local, seasonal produce.

The role requires a self-motivated professional with strong teamwork and communication skills. You will cover early shifts and must be able to commute to Ashridge House, contributing to a busy, prestigious hospitality

Qualifications

• Strong team-player and clear communicator.
• Experience in a high-volume kitchen with high standards.
• Excellent hygiene and cleanliness.
• Able to cover 6am–2pm shifts, 7 days a week.
• Must be able to commute to Ashridge House.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality food to meet specified dietary requirements
• Quality control of each dish in both execution and presentation
• Clearly communicating with the front of house team to ensure smooth service delivery
