Ashridge House is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team at Ashridge House, Berkhamsted. This role supports a high-volume operation with varied banqueting and catering, delivering dishes to standard while maintaining quality and consistency across services.
You will contribute to menu ideas, ensure hygiene, and collaborate closely with Front of House for seamless service delivery. A proactive, self-motivated chef is ideal for our fast-paced environment.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, shift times vary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Team. At Ashridge House we cater to a wide range of dining experiences from banqueting to barbequing. We pride ourselves on using local, seasonal and sustainable produce whilst working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role will suit a self-motivated chef who has experience in banqueting in a high-volume kitchen.
