Quest Employment in the Watford area is seeking a Line Chef to join a busy, high-performing food production team near Hemel Hempstead. The role involves preparing high-quality dishes and supporting a kitchen that prioritises local, seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication.
• High standards of hygiene and meal presentation.
• Flexibility to cover early morning shifts (6:00 AM) across a 7-day rota.

• Prepare and produce high-quality dishes, including dietary requirements.
• Maintain quality and presentation across all food items.
• Coordinate with Front of House for seamless service.
• Uphold food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards.
