Job summary

A leading specialist contractor is looking for an experienced Lightning Protection Foreman to manage the inspection and repair of Lightning Protection systems across the UK. This hands-on, field-based role includes supervising teams and ensuring safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Lightning Protection, a valid CSCS Card, and be comfortable working at heights. A competitive salary package including a vehicle and allowances is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lightning Protection inspection and repair.
• CSCS Card is preferred, ideally NVQ Level II or III.
• Comfortable working at height and physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspection, testing, and repair of Lightning Protection systems.
• Deliver Toolbox Talks and ensure safety on site.
• Lead small teams of engineers and mentor junior operatives.
