Job summary

Lloyds British, a leading lifting and equipment inspection provider, is seeking a Lifting Inspection Engineer to join the team. The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with salary discussed at interview.

Responsibilities include load testing, pull testing, occasional destructive testing, rigging loft duties and inspection of lifting accessories. We offer training from basic to advanced LEEA courses, and require candidates with a keen eye for detail, good communication, and a background in the

Qualifications

• LEEA certification or equivalent is preferred for inspection work.
• Strong eye for detail and practical problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to convey technical information.

Responsibilities

• Perform lifting inspection tasks and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Conduct load and pull testing and occasional destructive testing.
• Manning the rigging loft and inspecting lifting accessories.
• Provide accurate reporting and support to the team.

An excellent opportunity has arisen in Lloyds British for a Lifting Inspection Engineerto join our team, thisis a full time position working 39 hours a week, salary to be discussed at interview stage.As well as Lifting Inspection work there is a plethora of other tasks including, but not limited to, load testing, pull testing, occasional destructive testing, manning the rigging loft and inspection of lifting accessories.

• LEEA
• Entry level Engineering, Mechanics NVQ/City & Guilds desirable but not essential
• Experience with working in a testing environment
• Have an eye for detail; good problem solving ability and a practical approach
• Good communicator with the ability to analyse and impart knowledge
• Full training will be given but experience of working within an engineering environment would be desirable
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
• Full UK drivers licence
