Job summary

Speedy Hire Plc is seeking a Lifting Equipment Engineer in Tamworth. The depot-based role involves testing, maintenance and repair of lifting hire equipment in a busy workshop. You may also visit customer sites for breakdowns and servicing on long-term contracts.

You'll work Monday to Friday, with a focus on safety, teamwork and delivering excellent customer service. The company highlights flexible working initiatives and strong career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• What you'll need: driving licence and strong hydraulics/mechanical knowledge.

Lifting Equipment Engineer - Tamworth - Monday to Friday - 40 Hours

As a depot-basedLifting Engineerin our busy workshop, you will have overall responsibility for the testing, maintenance and repair of our lifting hire equipment.

You will play a key role in the customer journey ensuring that they are at the heart of everything we do. You may also be required to attend customer sites to undertake breakdowns and servicing for equipment on long-term customer contracts. We have strong teams and great working relationships and we want you to be part of this fantastic story.

What you'll need:

• Driving licence
• Excellent knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical equipment
• Ensure that high standards of health and safety in the workplace are maintained
• Able to work on your own or in a team
