Job summary

Mitsubishi Power EMEA is seeking an experienced Lifting Coordinator & HSE to join our Outage Services team. The role combines lift planning during project prep with on-site leadership of lifting operations during outages and maintenance.

You will ensure all lifting works are planned, coordinated and executed safely, in line with UK legislation and LOLER/PUWER, while collaborating with engineering and operations. Regular UK travel is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lifting operations with strong team coordination.
• Proven ability to develop lift plans and risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of LOLER/PUWER and UK health and safety law.

Responsibilities

• Develop lift plans for various operations identifying hazards and controls.
• Lead and coordinate all lifting activities on outages.
• Provide guidance to crane operators, riggers and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and UK health and safety legislation.
• Investigate incidents and support continuous improvement.
