Job summary

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Lifting Specialist to assist customer sites with outage lifting plans and RAMS, ensuring compliance with LOLER 1998. You will review outage work, manage site logistics, and verify lifting equipment, tooling, and documentation. Travel across the UK and internationally is required.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and extensive lifting operations supervision experience within turbine or related plant environments. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• CPCS A61 Blue Card or NPORS N401 Blue Card qualification required.
• Level 5 Diploma in Controlling Lift Operations (Planning Lifts) required.
• Experience as a Level 3 Rigger, or Level 4 Diploma in Lifting Operations Supervision required.
• Field Services experience in turbine or balance of plant environments is desirable.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and travel willingness across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Review outage plans with Outage Manager and Technical Field Advisors.
• Produce outage-specific lifting plans and RAMS for major lifts.
• Manage site lay down plans and logistics.
• Ensure timely crane handover documentation and communication to clients and Outage Manager.
• Verify tooling and test certifications meet LOLER requirements.
• Inspect and validate lifting equipment and perform daily safety checks.
