Job summary

WeMaintain is seeking an experienced Lift Service & Callout Engineer to support our growing activity across Scotland and North East England. You will combine planned maintenance with reactive callouts, ensuring lifts remain safe, compliant and reliable for our customers.

As part of a team, you’ll diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and build strong relationships with site contacts. You will have autonomy to manage your maintenance portfolio while upholding high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lifts to ensure reliability across customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and perform safe repairs.
• Respond to breakdowns and urgent callouts with urgency and accuracy.
• Keep customers informed about work performed and next steps.
