Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Lift Technician to cover the UK regions. The role involves fixing lifts, breakdown response, and carrying out planned maintenance at customer sites. Travel is required to cover the North and Midlands regions.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3/4 in Lift Engineering, have at least two years’ experience in lift service or maintenance, and hold a full UK driving licence with a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 in Lift Engineering.
  • 2 years' experience in lift service/maintenance.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. J Modules).
  • Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on lifts.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Attend lifts that need fixing and troubleshoot.
  • Attend consultancy meetings to discuss technicial work.
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times as youre a company ambassador on site.
  • Travelling throughout the coverage area.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Scotland.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Technician
  • Attend lifts that need fixing and troubleshoot
  • Attend consultancy meetings to discuss technicial work
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
  • Maintain a professional image at all times as youre a company ambassador on site
  • Technical work and visits
  • Travelling throughout the coverage area
Key requirements of the successful Lift Technician:
  • NVQ Level 3 and NVQ Level 4qualified in Lift Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
  • Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
  • Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
