Job summary

Stirling Warrington in the Midlands is seeking a Lift Service Engineer to manage a dedicated service route, respond to lift breakdowns, and perform planned maintenance and servicing.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering, have at least two years of relevant experience, and hold a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the region.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering qualification is required.
  • 2 years of lift service/maintenance experience.
  • Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis and repair on passenger and goods lifts.
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable and organised.

Responsibilities

  • Manage own lift service route in the Midlands.
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance.
  • Provide service and PPM work at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise first-time fix rate.
  • Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
  • Travel across the coverage area.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover the Midlands .

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Service Engineer:
  • Management of your own lift service route inMidlands
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers andmaximise the first-time fix rate
  • Maintain a professional image at all times as youre a company ambassador on site
  • Travelling throughout the coverage area
Key requirements of the successful Lift Service Engineer:
  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
  • 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
  • Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
  • Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
