Job summary

Lift Technician - Regional operates across Scotland for a well-established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. The role covers breakdown response, routine servicing, and on-site technical support.

The position requires NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 Lift Engineering qualifications, plus around 2 years of lift service experience, with full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 and NVQ Level 4 qualified in Lift Engineering.
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service/ Maintenance Engineer position.
• Relevant qualifications for the position (e.g. J Modules)

Responsibilities

• Manage your own lift service engineer in Scotland.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers and maximise the first-time fix rate.
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site.
• Technical work and visits.
• Travelling throughout the coverage area.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Scotland.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Technician

• Management of your own lift service engineer in Scotland
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Provide technical support and advice to customers andmaximise the first-time fix rate
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site

Key requirements of the successful Lift Technician:

• NVQ Level 3 and NVQ Level 4qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
