Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking an experienced Lift Technician to join a regional role covering the North and Midlands. You will troubleshoot, service and maintain passenger and goods lifts, travelling across the coverage area.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 and 4 in Lift Engineering, a full UK driving licence, and a background in lift service. Up to £80,000 D2D salary with travel.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 and Level 4 in Lift Engineering are required.
• Proven experience in lift service/maintenance is required.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Attend lifts that need fixing and troubleshoot.
• Attend consultancy meetings to discuss technical work.
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance.
• Provide Service and PPM work at customer sites.
• Maintain a professional image as a company ambassador on site.
• Perform technical work and visits.
• Travel across the coverage area.

We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer to cover Scotland.

Key Responsibilities of the successful Lift Technician

• Attend lifts that need fixing and troubleshoot
• Attend consultancy meetings to discuss technicial work
• Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
• Providing Service and PPM work at customer sites
• Maintain a professional image at all times as you're a company ambassador on site
• Technical work and visits
• Travelling throughout the coverage area

Key requirements of the successful Lift Technician

• NVQ Level 3 and NVQ Level 4qualified in Lift Engineering
• 2 years of experience in a Lift Service / Maintenance Engineer position
• Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
• Proficient with fault finding, diagnosis and repair on either/both Passenger and Goods lifts
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
• Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
