Job summary

Santander Lerwick Branch is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join the Lifestyle 260 team, delivering flexible branch support across opening hours. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology, and resolve queries with a friendly, proactive approach.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required)
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers (Preferred)
