Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to cover Basildon, Brentwood, Rayleigh and Southend branches on a Lifestyle 260 contract (approx. 260 hours/year, 5 hours/week).

The role offers flexible hours across multiple branches, assisting customers with transactions, queries and support, in a busy multi-skilled environment. You will learn Santander’s products, build relationships, and identify ways to improve the customer experience, with comprehensive support and development

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers.
• Effective teamwork with a flexible, can-do approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions.
• Developing your knowledge of services and products to help our customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
