Job summary

Freedom Leisure in the United Kingdom is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure our pools and facilities are welcoming, clean and safe while delivering excellent customer service. The role offers a 40-hour week on a Monday–Sunday rota and involves working with people of all ages to support their experience.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or equivalent.
• Swim test will be part of interview.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented approach and cross‑team collaboration.
• Ability to work flexibly and follow manager instructions.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
• Enhanced DBS check to be carried out.
