Job summary

Freedom Leisure is hiring a Lifeguard to deliver friendly, safe and clean facilities across our leisure centres. We provide comprehensive training and support, including training to achieve NPLQ qualifications where needed, and a DBS check is required.

You will engage with customers of all ages, promoting a welcoming environment. With a 6-hour per week rota across Monday to Sunday, you will join a team that values service, teamwork, and flexible working arrangements as part of our charitable

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification or training can be provided.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to staff at all levels.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team oriented and able to work across organisation boundaries.
• Able to work flexibly and follow managers' instructions.
• Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
