Freedom Leisure is seeking a Lifeguard to ensure friendly, clean, and safe facilities for customers across our centres. You’ll work a 37-hour week on a rota basis, with training provided to support your development and help you deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• NPLQ qualification is desirable; training can be provided.
• Competent swimmer; swim test may be part of the interview process.
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff.
• Well developed interpersonal skills.
• Team orientated; able to work across organisation boundaries.
• Flexible and able to follow instructions from managers.
• Passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Responsibilities

• In the Lifeguard role, ensure the best levels of service for customers by keeping facilities friendly, clean, safe and welcoming.
